PAYMENT FIRST POLICY. Although NO FIXED RATES, a FULL or 50% DOWNPAYMENT is required before the project pushes through. (For DOWNPAYMENTS, the remaining balance will be settled once the project is finalized and before sending the output to the client.

Rates will vary depending on the complexity of the task at hand. Rates can be negotiated if and only if it is reasonable.

THESUNNYLAB has the right to decline a request/commission if the project is beyond their capability and/or due to other personal reasons.

The client must provide the content (texts, photos, peg (if there’s any), color palette (if there’s any), etc.) needed for the commissioned work.

If the client failed to provide the photos/texts, a 10php fee will be collected.

For photos, please make sure it’s not subject to copyright or if using a fansite photo, please send us proof that you have permission to use it.

The final output/s will be in JPG or PNG format via Gmail or a Google Drive link.

A MAXIMUM OF 3 MINOR REVISIONS ARE FREE within 12 hours after the output is sent. Beyond this point, a revision fee will be incurred.

Rush tasks will amount to a 30-60 pesos fee, depending on your desired time of task delivery.

Commissioned works will automatically be posted on THESUNNYLAB’s socmed accounts (Twitter & IG) with the permission of the client. Personal details will be blurred out.
